Made Just for You.Each order is custom-made, so we only start crafting once we receive your 50% advance payment.Timelines That Matter –Standard orders take 15–20 days (because resin needs to cure perfectly).Urgent orders are possible (minimum 7 days), but an urgent fee applies.Where We Deliver – We currently ship across Pakistan, starting from our hometown in Karachi.Delivery Charges – Shipping charges depend on your city and will be shared before final confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Custom = No Returns – Every item is handcrafted for you, so we cannot accept returns just because you changed your mind.
In Case of Damage – If your order is damaged during delivery, please inform us within 24 hours with photos or videos. We’ll review and guide you on whether it will be replaced, repaired, or partially refunded.
Shades & Variations – Resin is an art form, which means slight color or pattern variations are natural and add to the uniqueness of your piece.
Advance Payments – Your advance is non-refundable, as it covers material costs and preparation of your custom design.
