1. How can I place an order?
At Metier Artifice, every piece is fully customized. To place an order, simply fill out our Order Form on the website and share all the details you’d like (design, colors, patterns, and finishing). Once submitted, we’ll confirm your order.
2. What types of resin products do you make?
We create all kinds of resin art pieces, including trays, coasters, décor items, accessories, and more. If it can be crafted in resin, we can design it for you.
3. What is the delivery timeline?
Standard Orders: 15–20 days (as resin requires proper curing time). Urgent Orders: Accepted only if the deadline is 7 days or more, with an additional charge applied.
4. Why does resin art take so long?
Resin is a delicate material that requires time to cure and harden properly. Rushing the process can affect quality, so we ensure each piece is made with care and finished to perfection.
5. Why is resin art expensive?
Resin itself is a premium material (its chemical alone costs around Rs. 4,000), and each piece is handmade with hours of effort and detailing. The price you pay covers both the material cost and the artistry involved. Our rates are already kept as affordable as possible with very minimal profit margins.
6. Can I bargain or ask for discounts?
Our prices are fixed and reflect the true cost of resin plus the hard work put into creating your piece. We do not offer discounts, as our rates are already fair and affordable.
7. Do you accept customized designs?
Yes! Metier Artifice is all about customization. You can share your ideas, references, or inspirations, and we’ll create your resin piece accordingly. However, please note that slight color variations may occur (e.g., pearl white may look slightly different in resin).
8. What are the payment options?
We accept payments through: Bank Transfer Easypaisa Cash on Delivery (requires 50% advance payment before we start working on your order) ⚠️ Please note: Orders are only processed after receiving advance payment. This ensures your commitment and protects the effort that goes into your unique piece.
9. Do you allow returns or refunds?
Our return and refund policy is detailed in the Privacy Policy section.
